5:30pm - 6:30pm – Dryland

Our camp prioritizes individualized attention, allowing us to focus on your specific needs and accelerate your development. Players will be divided into small groups based on age and ability and run through specified stations targeting improvement in all areas of skating and stride development. Dive into our intensive skating drills designed to improve your stride, agility, and overall power. Our specialized exercises target key areas for maximum impact. The dryland segment of camp will focus on agility, strength, balance, coordination and speed training with some fun team games mixed in each day.
