Health Screening – On the first day of each camp week, registered camp families are asked to consider the typcial health check questions for Covid-19, agreeing they have not been in direct contact with someone COVID-19 positive, and other health related questions. Please do a verbal health screening with your child before attending camp each day.
  2. Participant Dropoff – Unless an emergency or other, we ask that parents drop camp participants with instructors at the rink entrance and refrain from entering the locker rooms.
  3. Parents are not permitted inside locker rooms as space is already limited for camp attendees.

COVID-19 Cancellation or Refund Policy:

Symptoms Related – If your child or anyone in their household exhibits COVID-19 like symptoms they are required to stay home / not attend camp. To ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing, and to ensure camps continue to run in full, we ask that these instances and ailments are reported in an honest and timely manner (morning before camp begins). If symptoms don’t clear in 24hrs during the assigned camp week we will issue a prorated refund (in full if no camp days attended) without any fees deducted to encourage best reporting practices.

Exposure Related – If camps are cancelled due to a COVID-19 camp direct exposure, potential exposure and/or for contact tracing reasons, impacted customers will receive a prorated refund or camp credit. For example, if a five day camp like the Summer Full Day Camp is cancelled due to a direct COVID exposure on Wednesday, customers will be refunded or credited for Thursday and Friday.
